Interesting concept for a gameplay loop. It could have been expanded on in terms of variety and goals. 

The mechanics are solid. 

Good job on creating the system for it all. 

It was pretty cool. I wish there were more visuals in combat, but not too bad little game.

Interesting idea.  Probably could have used a chance for a special pirate ship (or kraken) to show up just to give it a little variety and less repetitive.  But still, nice job, enjoyed it.
