Enjoyed the game and even reminds me of some flash game that I enjoyed when I was younger, although I can't remember it. 

I enjoy games where your appearance changes depending of what you take.

Would be cool if there were different projectiles with special properties, would also be cool to see a rainbow one.

Fun game and good use of the theme. I think the enemies (most of them at least) should have less health and go down quicker. Also maybe tweak the timer for when the mutation loot disappears? It seems a little quick.

Very fun, I played a lot, but at this point I got too used to it haha, overall needs some improvements but great entry!

Gameplay wise the game could need some improvements. For example less tanky enemies and some better AI for the enemy movement. I really liked the intro cutscene and the overall look. Soundeffects and music were fitting too. well Done!

I really like the menu design and the animations, as well as the pixelated 3d look of the game! The concept is good and I like the details in the game! The gameplay was a bit repetitive and a bit slow. Also it was difficult to consume bodies as they disappeared quickly and you couldn't get to them because of all the other enemies.

great intro and concept, a lot was done given the time. The game was quite difficult, however it was quite enjoyable. One thing i would prefer is to be invincible while you pickup a mutation, or have picking up the mutation immediate given the fast pace. But this is just my suggestion. Nonetheless, this is a great game.

Fun game! Found a glitch which changed how the enemies were path finding so you could just move either side of a wall to choose whether they were running towards you or away.

Amazing game for a jam. Graphics is super dope. Mood is great. Level design could be improved a bit as large waves don't let you run through and you die quickly. Very well done!

A really awesome game. It's great on its own but then you think about how it was made in 48Hrs your brain just. it just flies off into the distance.

I love the story! I have to say the artwork in the story before the game is incredible, though the artwork inside the game could use some work. I like the 3D models for the character and enemies, but the rest of the setting is brown, black, and dull. I'd suggest a more colorful palleted, maybe add some lanterns or torches to add to the scenery. Cool game, but I think it could use a little more work on the in-game visuals. Nice entry.

It's really good! The artists on the team should be super proud for creating such a compelling look in so short a time.

I found in later stages the amount of enemies combined with the slow speed of eating meant just slowly whittling them off from a distance was the safest bet and ultimately always led to higher scores. Enemy variations that herd player movement or encourage one target over another might help. Seeing what mutations have dropped before attempting to eat them would also be useful in baiting the player into a crowd of enemies.

Absolutely beautiful game. I love this pixelated filter, I love this animation in main menu and the whole atmosphere is great (giving me some Manhunt vibes for some reason). Gameplay is great too, I like how character gain some visual mutations along with inner mutations. But, I would like to get more response when mobs beat me. Sound effect played sometimes, but not always.

Really liked the opening animation, and the gameplay was pretty fun and intriguing. Loved how each mutation slightly altered the character model, but some mutations, like inverted movement or shooting, made the game a little less fun to play, but I imagine that the slow "eating" time was meant to give the player the choice to pass up certain mutations. Also would have loved to see the game without the pixelated filter because the cover art and "before-and-after" image look super good.

A 3D game with an introduction in 48h. It's impressive. That was a pleasure to play your twin-stick game. (It would be the icing on the cake with controller support) Great game.

That title screen was badass! I wanted to see more of the powerups but I found it very difficult to actually get the powerups mid combat without getting murdered after, and the bodies disappear between waves!

Fantastic for 48 hours! The main menu animation and opening animatic were really nice touches to add to the mood. Personally, not a fan of the control set up, would've preferred key bindings, however, the mutation system was so addicting that I didn't mind! Great work.

The combos of mutations you stack up as the waves progress makes this really fun. Great job!
