A few gameplay remarks:
Light doesn't make sense. I was able to see enemies in the darkness without it, it only was useful as indicator where I was looking and with wider cone it actually was more problematic.
After reaching maximum enemies damage upgrade they start healing you, so after 5th round you can stop playing cause game will win itself.
Shooting speed and amount of enemies however were well balanced.
Nonetheless I've enjoyed it.


It took me a few minutes to get the feel, once I did I could play through and it was very enjoyable. I liked the particle and sound effect upon destruction and the idea of adding field of view to bullet hell/shooter was a nice twist.

The artwork, while simple, was very nice and made for a clean consistency within the game.

The Opening Screen was also very cool. I could see some BlackThornProd inspiration there. :)


  • An impact effect for the player getting hit would add to the gameplay and fit with your current style/actions.
  • I would have liked the bullet to continue traveling past the actual mouse click point. I was unsure if it was the bullet doing the damage, or the particles.

Just some thoughts for future Game Jams.

I'm sorry because I accidentally pressed the delete file button so you can't play the game on web anymore... and there is one bug, when you upgrade the decrease enemy damage, the enemy will increase your health, which is really destroying the gameplay of my game :(
