Schedule
Originally I planned to spend up to 3 hours a day on workdays and up to 5 hours a day on weekends developing this project. It did not go exactly as planned. Sometimes I overvorked a bit, sometimes I neglected the project instead, and near the end I did crunch a bit, but mostly it wasn;t too bad.

Success

No

Reason
Did I succeed? No but yes. No because I overestimated myself with this project and could not deliver it in time, having to release a demo instead, and because I did overvork near the end of it, pulling exactly one all nighter. And yes, because it is my first project and I actually managed to deliver arounfd a half of what was planned, and doing something is better than doing nothing.

It's actually impressive for a first project ! And now you know what to do and no to do next time. Really impressed that everything is hand draw, good job to you !

Developer

Thank you! This was a very valuable experience.

Oh my goodness it's amazing! I can't believe you hand drew so many scenes of a visual novel in such a short period of time! I know full 5 hour long visual novels with less scenes. Such wonderful work and adorable art style.

Developer

Thank you so much!

Well, I'm quite experienced with art but an amateur with writing so making the novel extra artsy is a way to compensate for that (I hope).  If the novel you mentioned has a strong writing and plot, it doesn't need so much art)
