I am the fan of Your pixel art. It is marvellous!

The visuals, sound and polish of all the mechanics is top notch! I think there may be too many game mechanics thrown at the player right from the get go, card game, timer, reading, selecting the criminal, checking the map. I felt I needed to rush through the reading because of the timer since it didnt pause and thus I kind of skimmed what I needed to do and got lost on what I should do next very quickly. I think everything in the game is great, it just needs a slow ramp up of difficulty and mechanics introduced maybe later within the game to allow the player more time to learn how to play. Excellent submission!

Loved it! Font choosen for sentences or paragraph kinda hard to read tbh, maybe use another font (?)
