Nice game, liked the art style and colors. Would have been neat to see grass move/flatten as you drive around. I also had little trouble seeing boundary fences/etc. When driving off pier into water, the game should likely end? Controls were nice and I liked the tutorial text in-game. Good job on finishing the game.
I completely forgot about the fact that driving into the water doesn’t technically kill you lol

Very cool! Definitely agree that the sounds were off, but it was quite fun to play. Other small complaints would be that some areas seemed unable to get to where pumpkins were spawning, and at the end I got stuck on a piece of terrain that ended up killing me without being able to move away, but I still really enjoyed it, despite being bad at aiming my drifts, hah!
Thanks for playing! Your velocity gets halved when you bump into an obstacle, so that must be why. Definitely some game design issues right there lol

This is really well made! The drifting mechanics are great too! Very cute and fun! I would love to have a few more sound effects especially the sound effect for smashing the pumpkin! That is like the most important sound effect. A satisfying KERSPLUSH sound would be perfect. I thought the controls were fantastic and I appreciate when people add the game controls into the game level, its a nice touch. Great game!
Thanks! Yeah, I was 2 hours from the deadline when I realized I hadn't implemented sound... You'll be surprised how hard it is to find a smash sound lol.
