Do you ever feel like a plastic bag? Like a plastic bag, like a plastic bag! Do you ever feel, like a plastic bag? - Kitboga
Now I know what he meant, this game is cozy, and oh so chill, perfect autumn vibes, being a leaf on a windy day
Super chill game!
Good programming, like the flow of the leave.
Nice graphic, nice sound, fits together really well.
I don't need a score counter, for me it's an endless game.
Rotating leaves, fixing that mountain popup bug and the game is perfect.
Fun and chill game, with a different physic than some flappy bird like (which give this nice cozy pace). There is just a distance meter missing, and the background doesn't seems to loop correctly, but overall the game is cool ;) GG !
Super cool idea, but I could just hammer the spacebar at the top to float forever. I gave up after the song has ended.
i like this graphic
Simple concept but it definitely made me want to keep going. I did get to the end of the music - not sure if it is supposed to loop or I'm just a leaf master :) Very cozy!
Well ... someone ... did not fix the bug with the music not restarting. I don't know who that was.
I like the concept, and the art looks great! Like other people said, it could definitely use a score counter. That's the only gripe I have with it. Other than that, good job!
very cool idea!
Very cozy vibes, I really love the art of the mountains and the trees. It looks great! Great work! Keep it up!
Really nice game, I could almost feel the wind blowing! The music is great, I really liked it.
I concur with the previous feedbacks, a way of getting the player more implicated (either a score/distance system, or a story unfolding) would have been nice, but still I tried to go as far as I could! Nice work.
I didn't see any comment about it so it may be only me, but at some points I had a mountain popping out of nowhere in the background
thanks for the feedback. Yes, while we did the last version a mistake happend somehow and now there is a problem with a background suddenly changing... we will fix it afterwards-
I really liked the concept of the game, it fits well with the Autumn theme and the music is so relaxing.
This game has a ton of potential, I think. The gameplay is simple, yet still kept my attention for a good while. My suggestion for an easy way to increase the visual appeal without a ton more work would be to randomize the coloration of the other leaves a bit. Most game engines have a way to modulate the color of a sprite a bit without drawing a new one.
Long term, adding a few swaying and twirling animations to the main leaf, you could narrate a story, or poetry behind the gameplay and have a REALLY captivating game with that alone.
Thanks for the input and tips!
is there an end here?)
No, only if you land on the floor the game will end.
Pretty addicting in a way, felt like I could play forever lol! Though it wasn't super difficult was still fun to play!
Would love to have seen what this would have become given another week or so ^^ the music is great
I found a way to cheese, quick mashing the space bar you can get just above where the leaves spawn and go along forever :')
You won the game! :)
I concur with the ones that came before me. It's a neat game, the art is beautiful, I especially like the color gradient of the leaves.
As an alternative idea to scoring systems, I'd find the idea of visual story telling compelling here. Along the lines of games like journey. What does this leaf see along the way, what stories does it passively witness? :D
Thanks for the input. I really like the idea about the visual storytelling.
Simple but interesting concept that deserves to be dug deeper. I like the art style and the peaceful ambiance. I'd love to have a gauge to know when the cooldown is finished and when I can hit space again. Also a score system (depending on how far/high the leaves go??) would improve the challenge and the will to play more.
a nice, calm, and simple game. I like the art style
Would be cool to see a score system
Thanks for the feedback
Chill game. It could have some indication for when I can press Space again. A score and highscore would also be cool.
Nice simple chill game. Good entry!
