Very engaging controls and mechanics, but I couldn't quite understand the menus, and I'm pretty sure I dropped my important items instead of equipping them.
The level up system and console logs hint at a lot more depth/complexity that I'd love to see more of.
More engaging than I initially thought. I liked how the items, spells and monsters evoked the feeling of dark fantasy and horror. The inventory system was fine, but the "drop item" menu did not show the beginning of the item names as they went out of window. Also there was no way to abort an attack spell if there were no legal targets visible. The game did slow down and speed up sometimes.
Nice game, I'm not sure if I was being stupid but I couldn't seem to activate the items in the inventory.
Fun little game, I can see this grow into a really interesting RPG or dungeon crawler.
Very interesting mechanic. I loved the chiptune style!
A very good experience on the procedural generation! I think I caught a bug with how the movement works because sometimes it was incredible slow when responding to my keystrokes. And after that, when I jumped through the portals several times, one key press seems like started to count for 2 or 3 key presses at a time.
A very good experience overall, I got pretty far with green eye magic on the AoE. I will be looking forward to the final release, this looks like a very good start!
Interesting game. Reminded me of when I played pokemon mistery dungeon. My only complaint is the art size, at first it was a bit confused as to where exactly is the player or some of the items
Really fun to play. The audio stops at a certain point. Great job on the randomization element. That's something I still want to learn some. Great job! I was surprised at the level up system as well!
Thanks so much! I'm glad you appreciated the procedural generation, that took by far the longest and would have liked to have more time to flesh out the rest of the game, but it is what it is. Audio should hopefully be fixed now :)
