Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous and shown in a random order.

  • A creative take on the theme with the idea of time moving forward! Inevitably with clicker games, gameplay isn't the most entertaining, and I wish there was more output from making purchases to make that wait more satisfying and worth it. Very cute design that could be expanded with some refinement! =)
  • Very relaxing and wholesome game!

How does the game fit into the theme?
The game revolves around a plant that wants sunlight. It must... keep moving forward... to reach the sun. Even trampling little baby plants along the way :3

What premade assets did you use if any?
None - everything was made custom for the game.

What are the Discord usernames of everyone on your team?

Did you use MiniScript for your entry?

Great take on an idle incremental game! The pace felt a bit slow at the start to me, but it ramped up nicely over time. I really liked how the sound changed when the sun was shining on the plant, but I felt that I didn't have much input or control at al. Most idle games have some form of interaction other than buying upgrades, but this game doesn't - it's understandable, though, and the game is perfectly okay without!

It's a very cool and unique idea. How could such a thing come to mind?)

I especially like the music that comes out when the sun is shining on a flower.

Well, the joke at the end is funny, considering how many games are in this gamejam and I'm trying to review everything)

Hey! Interesting concept of a moving sunflower. I guess you might be interested to try out my game which is also inspired by nature. I liked your game. Cheers!
