Imagine a situation, you have to buy a game say off steam based only on stars and reviews, which one you will prefer 5 stars one review or 3.5 star 100 review...

Conclusion: don't worry about the results and so called unfair rating below 20 getting higher rank, you for yourself will understand who the real winner is...

whatever, do you happen to know by any chance when are they going to announce the winners?

also I would pick the 100 ratings, just because the fact that the one who made the game could be the one who rated his game using another account.
