It look like you cannot use even public domain artwork and my art are horrible so... yea, what the title say.
There are a lot of great games with very simple style, like just pixels or shapes. I believe you can make a dissent fun game without art skills :)
Making that is also difficult sometimes!
Programmer art is encouraged in most Jams. Focus on good gameplay and the rest will fall into place just fine.
