I'm not sure if it was a bug or user error, but I could not get past the first level. I couldn't see my character and kept dying.:( https://itch.io/jam/cgj/rate/476728
My first thoughts about this is that it would be to bland but when playing it was actually really good. The SFX are really good and it complements the pixel art . The huge map makes it super interesting to explore and it encouraged me to try to escape even more. i didn't escape because it really played with my mind, but i suppose that is the point, anyways good job
