Graphics are nice and music do the job.
Level are too similar in my opinion.
I feel the choice of the control little odd. Since "wasd" is often used for movement.

Super Surprise Party...?Nice one! It is really cool that you can actually play the stories of the suspects to guess who is lying, makes the game a lot more interesting to me then a generic detective story.
The art was very cool and unique and the character design was interesting, I especially liked the stoned guy with the katana.
As you already said, the gameplay needs to be polished a lot, as well as the UI. The level with the aliens was frickin hard compared to the other two.
The music had some really nice ideas in it and managed to capture the atmosphere but I think that the arrangement was a little bit odd, sound fx were ok.
Ovarall I had fun and I found the game interesting in its mechanics, good job!!

Tales of the Cursed WordThanks for the review ! The music was slapped together in a just few hours and it was my first time doing music ever so didn't expect much out of it. XD All of the graphics were made by my brother. It was his first time making video game graphics, but his talent as an artist still showed through I think. This game has a lot of "first times" in it. XD
Awesome game guys! Great concept, art and music. Though, the controls were a bit unconventional for me.
(spoilers ahead) I found the level with the aliens to be very difficult. You also can't attack while in the air and don't take damage when standing on top of an enemy. I replayed the level with the monsters and thought that I saw the evidence items. However, this was not the correct answer. I guess that all of the items have to be present, but I didn't notice them in the other levels.
