Very nice idea. Love timing the enemies to music. I think there could have been some short, visual queue as to where the teleporting enemies were going to next, but beyond that, I think the implementation is really well done.
I also tried to time my enemies to music, but I think your implementation is stronger.

The 'LA's sure are a great implementation of the theme. I had huge difficulties in dodging them yet you've got enough lives to reach the end (and staying on the edge mostly works but it felt unfair and boring so I didn't).
Thanks for playing and the feedback! I definitely stayed at the top/bottom during some debugging π - something to improve upon for sure along with the "right" number of lives
