the grid base movement is new for me. it's unique , is it for the "limit" theme? i think it's an interesting direction. Are you planning to make it a mobile game? the ui layout seems like it.

I used assets- chessboard, environment, ufo and power up bottles

It's funny, I reached the UFO during one of my vey first tries then rarely went even half as far. I think I got really lucky regarding speed potions during that one run. I got back to it only a lot of runs later, then died just after it disappeared, did one more run where I had some time to see what happens after it disappeared again, so I guess it's more or less the end of the game or the beginning of a new loop where you'll quickly die. It's fine whatever it is.
Grid-based movement is a cool implementation of theme (I won't say otherwise when the first part of my limited movement level precisely limits you to walk through a grid ;) ), yet I only moderately like the slow movement, I guess it's fine for the game length but could get annoying if it lasted longer. It's a game where you navigate between bullets which is why we're here and I think the difficulty is right on point so as a result the game is fun, I also particularly like the music.

Interesting take on the theme, I liked it very much. I just found it frustrating that the movement of the base player feel so awkward (Your not sure when you will be able to move next leading to some death) compared to the speed power up which make it feel very good. It's also very difficult to take the power up where there on the first and last row of the chessboard because it's too close to the bulletspawn. Else it was very fun, and I like the art style very much, good pick.
What a great design idea. The approach to movement really made you have to think ahead and the progression made for a fun balanced challenge.
Im a fan of this! Visually it's very pretty and polished. And the use of theme is cool as well. My feedback is that I think the base movement is too sluggish and I wish there was more chess piece movement incorporated (ie moving in L shape as the knight)
