An interresting game but I also find it's difficult to aim and move at the same time.
Overall great game, can't wait to see where it goes
I really like the concept but found it hard to have aim and walk be the same control as i’d have to walk way passed and enemy before turning around to shoot it or i’d end up walking right into the enemy.

Fun game! with the sfx and music it sounds right at home on something like the Gameboy!
Nice submission! I like the use of theme and simple gameplay loop. My feedback is similar to what others have said regarding the shooting controls
Overall it's a pretty fun game. The controls feel good and the art is really nice. Great job!
game is cool but the shooting mechanic is hard cuz you need to run towards the enemy to shoot him
It’s a really interesting idea to have the number of bullets be limited.
I found it a bit hard to gauge how many bullets you have based on the indicator.
The shooting is a bit difficult, since you aim and move with the same button to move and aim, meaning you have to move towards enemies who are shooting at you if you want to hit them.
Overall, a fun little game. It’s really cool how you wrote the whole thing in C and SDL! (though I’m a bit disappointed you don’t seem to directly malloc your bullets in the code 😉)
Hahaha yeah it’s a little ironic - the game engine actually never calls malloc, it’s all fixed-sized arrays. Thank-you for playing and checking out the source :)
Overall a fun game with good visuals :) I think the shooting mechanic is a bit hard and I needed multiple trys for wave 1.
