I love this game. The sound effects are fun.  The idea is intresting. I found it was hard to select an angle. Perhaps if the charicter turned slower when standing in midair or if he/she/it pointed toward the mouse. If you wanted to stay with a retro video game theme you could make the arrows move a cursor on the screen but this would take longer. Also I The animation was missing for the midair jump for me (on mac) so I could not tell which direction the charicter was pointed.

Gotta give extra credit for the little player character sounds and those wild finger animations! :D

Great jam entry! Very cool idea and wonderful art and sound effects!

It got challenging to chain the attacks to make it through the rooms but was very satisfying to finally get right! Is the final boss just supposed to disappear and nothing else after that? I was a little confused if I did something wrong or not there. But overall a really great game! Great job!!

Good platforming. Like the "attack system/double jump" idea. nice art. Hard. Splendid!

This is super cool!  I really loved the sfx and music! (those are my weakest skills haha).  The parallax background made it have great depth and feel modern but still retro!  The slow down mechanic is awesome, really great ideas here~~  Many things I want to learn from this game! Superb job~ please check out my game too please~ 'Puma Cat'  Once again, really great job!

Wow. Frankly I'm just amazed to see this level of polish on a jam game. Although I have my issues with it (primarily that your control scheme feels a touch mismatched for the types of challenges you're going for) the fact that your team managed to pull something this good together in a weekend is absolutely stunning. I'd love to see where this idea goes with a few months in development!! Also I have no idea if this is what you were going for but it totally feels like a spiritual sibling to flop rocket and I love it!

Great submission. I couldn't get used to the controls to save my life, but a very interesting scheme. I was looking forward to this one after seeing your preview animation on Discord.

I love it! Even though i couldn't get past the second room. The idea is great and I tried way longer than I would normally try to get past something. the sound effects are great too! WEE!

Update: I got past the second room, This game is GREAT!!!
