This is a great example of an excellent gamejam entry! Fits the theme perfectly, plays very smooth, great graphics and an awesome cover image. I love the concept of "leeching" life off of enemies. Really cool! AwEsOmE JoB!!!

Thanks Mitron that's very helpful feedback I'll add that to my bug fixes.

Nice little polished game!  I like the cables hanging in front of the sprites, and the mechanic of mixing your life + ammunition is interesting!  One little nag:  the collision detection is a bit too sensitive and it's easy to get stuck going around obstacles.

Hi Rhornbeck,

Thanks for trying the game I really appreciate you taking the time. I've only just started learning game development so I struggled a little with how to go about doing certain things. In answer to your question about shooting through walls, yes that was deliberate. I was intending on the walls having a destruction level so you wouldn't be able to hide behind them forever but ran out of time.

I have a list of features and levels I would like to add. I might even try and make a mobile friendly version. Firstly though I think I need to go back clean up my code with comments so I can easily develop the game further as I got a bit lazy towards the end just trying to get it done in time.

Thanks again for your feedback.

This is a great start to many more levels for sure. The game got a lot easier for me when I realized I could shoot through the chips and the enemies could not. I'm not sure if this was on purpose or not. I completed the level with 170 points, killing every enemy, I think!? The music was a great choice and the sound effects were spot on, well done!
