A tricky little gloomy platformer - the music and setting did make it feel lonely the jumps, sliding and death zones made me give up after a bit of time.

I'm trying to understand how this game handles the issue of mental illness and/or loneliness. What I see is this: A Jump N Run game with slightly buggy controls in a dark screen.

We've seen setups like this in dozens of other games. Come to think of it, falling down could be seen as some kind of metaphor... if it is, I didn't understand it as such.

The game could have potential to be good, but it seems to fit more into a gritty Jump N Run jam than a game jam about mental illness.

Thanks for the review. I realised after some time that got the theme wrong but didn't had enough time to undo.

If you start the game, go to the forth level first and press escape, it will lock the player of doing anything, you will get stuck and will have to alt + f4.

The wall jump and slading mechanic is very fun, the art is very cute and the music was nice, maybe more sound effects and particles would be good. The game was short and i didn't feel too lonely, it does have a good dark atmosphere but for me, loneliness is not just being alone but wanting someone to understand you, you can be around a lot of people or friends and still feel lonely, maybe because i didn't know who the main character was and where he was i couldn't relate as much.
