How does your game fit the theme?
Reaching the portal at the end of the level will result in the level rotating, finding you needing to complete it again. Thus beginning anew after the end.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All of the code is my own, most of the assets are free (credited) or owned (credited)

Really interesting concept that you executed well! The art looks great, but I'm a bit confused why a turtle is in an icy area haha. I had some small bugs with the text (skip button not showing and skip button showing once text had finished), but nothing really outside of that. Great job!!
That's a mystery :) I had intended on opening cut scenes but had to make concessions due to time constraints. Between work and familial obligations I only had about 4.5 days to work on the game :) Thank you for playing and I appreciate the feedback. Sorry you experienced those bugs. I will add them to my bug report!
Love the idea of spinning the level to make it different, nice sounds and an overall good platformer. The attack feels really nice!
Thank you for playing and for the feedback!
Great game. the levels are interesting and chalanging and the art style is realy funny. It reminds me of those old flash games everyone used to play.
Great game. keep it up♥
Thank you for playing and for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed!

Hey, you where that old dad guy from discord! I love your game. It’s really fun and challenging. I also love the cool twist. I could see this being on steam!
I am that old dude lol. I am glad you liked it. Thank you for playing and for your words of encouragement!
Dude amazing work, I saw you took into account my feedback from yesterday with the bookmark thingy. Now I can finally enjoy it and it is amazing!! great work once again!
If you want try our game as well! <3
Thank you for playing again and thank you for the feedback! I really appreciated that, I would have never caught it because I tested with a controller. Super helpful! I will be checking yours out in a few minutes!
Thanks a lot man! No worries thats what the community is for, to test and feedback each other hahaha.
Tell us what you think when you play it. :D
The game is very good, a little bit difficult but it's my fault
Thank you for playing and for the feedback!
really fun. I am not very good at platformers so it took me quite a while!
Thank you for playing! Some of the difficulty was a bit unnecessary and could have used a little more time in the playtest oven :) I appreciate your feedback!
The levels were simple enough to figure out but completing them was challenging at times! The rotation of the levels was a really cool mechanic!
Thank you for playing and for the feedback!
Great game!! Loved it! Super fun!
Thank you for playing and for hr feedback! I'm starting to think I may be okay at this game dev thing 😁
Love the thumbnail! It was fun to play, the art style reminds me of my childhood games. Give my game a try!
thanks for playing and for the feedback! I'll be sure to play yours tomorrow when get back into it.
Thx bro!
REALLY good take on the theme, easy five stars for Innovation from me :) Level design is great, too, since it takes advantage of the fact that the level rotates when you reach the end. The sprites look nice, too. Although, I think this game could use some more juice, like maybe some particles when you jump/land. Besides that, this game is really fun and really innovative, great job!
thank you for playing and for the feedback. I actually had that on my list to add and completely forgot. This the nature of a game jam. Thanks again for all the feedback.
This one was good. The audio, level design and theme usage, I like it

thank you for the feedback and for laying my game! Really appreciate it!
Nice gameplay, it was fun to play platformer game like this! You did a great job of putting everything together here.
Thank you for the feedback and for playing my game!
Cool game. I like how you interpreted the theme. The graphics are cool and the audio sounds good. The controls feel snappy and responsive as well. The level design isn't bad, but it is kinda disappointing that only two levels actually gets replayed upside down. The rest mostly just have two divided segments. I think it would be super cool if all the enemies and spikes stayed around so that the level is the same, just upside down. Also, some of the platforming can feel a bit too precise and having to wait for the saws to go away can be frustrating. But it's also possible I'm just bad at the game :P
Overall, I think this entry is pretty fun and with a few adjustments has a lot of potential.
Thank you for playing and the detailed feedback! The original intent was to play the levels in reverse, upside down. This is only the second jam I have joined and I bit off more than I could chew in game design and hit a few bumps so the level design was a tad rushed. This kind of feedback is much appreciated so I can learn for future jams!
That was pretty good for only your second jam!
Thanks! I am trying to learn this whole game dev thing lol
This is a clever take on the theme and some very clever level design! I think simpler lower resolution sprites might look better. Something like Celeste, older mario games, or other pixel platformers. Especially since the main character and enemies are very small on the screen. Great job overall!
Thank you for playing and thanks for the feedback! I am definitely still learning so this type of feedback is invaluable!
Very polished appearance. It was nice that you had very fast unlimited respawns with enemies not respawning. A game of careful execution...even if it takes a lot of tries to make it all the way. Even though it's easy to die and fast to get back in action, it would have been nice if the crumbling blocks respawned after awhile. There were a number of times I touched the side of them and triggered their crumble...then I was stranded without a block to go to anymore.
Great submission and good use of the theme.
Thanks for the feedback. Not going to lie the crumbling blocks were supposed to be a quick additional mechanic that ended up taking 5 hours because of the way the game flips, so just getting them to respawn when you die was a chore. I do agree they should lol. Also I think there was a bug with the triggers on them because they shouldn't have activated unless you were on top of them. Sorry you experience that but I appreciate you taking the time to play it!!
Nice game, I like the art and the environment :)
Thank you for playing! I appreciate the feedback!
I like the idea of playing the same level again, but most of the time it could just be a flat out new level... maybe you could find a way to have the different runs influence each other more?
Thank you for playing! I like that suggestion! I will keep it on the list for possible future updates.
