I started out by thinking "oh cool, this looks like ape out" and then some demonic creature came out of nowhere and made me jump out of my seat. Love the concept of following behind your past paths to get further into the level, although the boss could have been more threatening.
Overall a very pleasant experience playing a good game!

I liked it. Tbh I didn't think I would because the "time clone" idea is not that interesting to me, but with this... I felt like I am with whole combat unit and that was cool. I imagine each clone having their specialities(tank, spy, hacker ...) in some fuller verison.
Only thing was that not always the clones killed the monsers they sould have killed.

As for the synchronisation issues: it doesnt work the way it should , and i didnt have the time to fix it, unfortunately.
I hope to fix it in a post jam version.

Really cool, I love the simple shading, gives the game a little unique character. Wish there was some kind of music in the game, or even just ambient sounds to give horror vibes which might fit this game even better.
I think you did a very good job with the theme, the clones/layered runs with previous attempts mechanic that is used in games like Time Melters, Quantum League, Lemnis Gate (and now your game) is one of my favorite mechanics in games and I feel like it needs way more exploration. So well done there. 💛

I was short of time to work more on the sound , unfortunately.. Hopefully this will be for a post jam upgrade.
art seems a bit all over the place.... but a pretty cool idea and a solid implementation of the 'ghost' train of thought a lot of games in this jam went with! Coolio!

Very interesting idea. Usually when you have spirits of your past games it is used for comparison and fighting, but I never saw that those spirits can help you! You could develop this idea to big game with pazzles. For example in one iteration you press button with timing, and on next iteration you can go through door in timing of pressing this button from your past "self". It has a great potential, develop it! For me main character is a little bit slow, but at all controll were good.

I wish i could playtest your game, but i'm on Linux.
Usually i can play windows games with Wine, but it doesn't work with Unreal engine games, and i havent found a workaround yet.

I absolutely loved this game! Seeing your past self running beside you ended up feeling like you were a squad hiding behind the leader until he died lol. I think it looks and feels great. Maybe muzzle flash particles could have looked better but really that's such a minor thing.
The game was very maze-like but i'll genuinely say that it got my heart racing a few times not knowing what was around each corner. Such a great job.
