How does you game fit the theme?
My game fits the theme of "You are not alone" by having multiple, unique characters controlled by the main player. This fits the theme as in most puzzle platformers you play as one character the entire game.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote almost all the code, I got the leaderboard from here: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/network/dreamlo-com-free-instant-leaderboards-and-promocode-system-3862 . The door sprite from here: https://pixelartmaker-data-78746291193.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/image/118bfa056fc460b.png. The enviroment from here: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/2d/environments/2d-platfrom-tile-set-cave-61672 . The bg music from here: .I modified brackey's character controller aswell. The rest of the assets were all mine. (Anything I forgot is most likely mentioned in the devlogs)

I think the idea is pretty cool. It defintely fits the theme. There were some bugs, for example when you click escape to go to the main menu it plays the bg music on top of the previous one. Also some blind jumps where you couldn't really see where to jump. Overall I think this is a good game.
Pretty decent game, I liked the concept of switching between cubes however there are a few bugs that I found. Any cube can stick to walls when moving into them (make your rigidbody collisions continuous). The bg walls also bugged out a lot with random lines being drawn (put your tiles into a sprite atlas) but other than those small things it was a nice game!
It would have been nice if the green cube could jump off the wall it's stuck to. I'm not sure if you intended that to happen.
Ideally, the jumping would be variably timed. Not being able to let go of the jump input for a short jump doesn't feel good when jumping between platforms near each other.
I could rarely see where I was going. If the camera must be zoomed in so much then the ability to hold down or up and have the camera pan in that direction to give you a glimpse at whats there would have been nice. It's a common feature in platforming games to account for anytime the player can't see where they're going.
"W" for jumping is very inconsistent with platformer games or just games in general. It felt very weird to have to relearn the muscle memory for such a basic control; spacebar would have been nice. The music is very loud. I'd recommend adding a volume slider, a mute button, or making the music audio file just plain quieter.
The music fits nicely with the vibe of the game (nice choice). The character art is basic but still neat in its own way; and it fits with the background art reasonably well. The main gameplay idea is a good one. It feels fairly smooth to switch between characters (I like the "tab" key for that).
Overall a nice entry.
Nice game ! I liked the combination of the different cubes to go through the levels. I was fun to discover new cubes and their powers.
If I had some feedbacks it will be to have information about which way you need to go. I had to do some blind jump to discover a plateform below me. Maybe a down press button to move the camera if we are not moving.
Great job :)
Neat Game! My game Companions had similar mechanics on the brakeys game jam 2021.1 But you just straigt up tripled the quality and mechanics!!
Love It!!
I really like the idea, though for me it had some lag(I think it might be for me cuz it happens a lot with other unity games) but overall great game!
Great platformer! You really nailed the pacing! Would love to know what were your export settings, since I'm having some trouble with WebGL builds, they work on unity's Play platform but not over itch.io. But technical aspects apart, congratulations on this entry, I can see it going places!
HEY THIS GAME IS GOOD!
but there is a bug in the yellow cube where you get stuck on the walls you should update the game and fix the bug
Ofcourse you rate mine - I rate yours :)
Although the movement isn't that optimized, it's a quite fun game. Great you also supported arrow movement, don't like wasd on azerty keyboard xD which needs zqsd anyway.... all features of a good game jam game are there. You fit the theme, you def. had some fun I guess creating the game. Did you have any hard bugs to solve? Let me know :)
You could have improved on the main menu, added an ESC hint to go back to the main menu and not being stuck on a sloped ceiling :D the fact that you can jump after falling is def good and a fun feature for your game. The level timer could have just been seconds... for me it is annoying that it changes like a minecraft enchantment :p But good work had fun playing it, I don't think I reached the end but I had a general feeling of the game which is enough to rate it for a jams top 50 game.
Cool game! The different abilities of the cubes were really cool. I found a bug where the music gets louder and louder if I go to the menu and then back to the game. Also the view distance could've been bigger and its annoying that you cant jump from slopes, but other than that it is really good and fun! :D
I think this game is amazing, I love how it works and I really like the puzzles. Great game, well done
I really loved your game, the idea of collaboration between the cubes fits the topic like a glove, kinda reminds me of Thomas was alone. The graphics and music are pretty cool as well.
Great work!
Very nice game ! I do think it can be improved by adding things such as coyote time (multiple tutorials on that on youtube) as I felt a lot of the jumps were unfair. I can't jump on slopes wich felt a bit weird and I don't think any character other than the green walls should somewhat stuck to the wall, I died multiple times like that and it was really frustrating.
Other than that as a student myself I appreciate what you managed to do in such a short span of available time, very impressive !
Very nice! I liked that you were creative with the theme! I also thought that the gameplay loop was very interesting, very cool switching between characters to solve the puzzles. Nice artwork and music. I particularly though that the trail behind the characters was a very nice touch!
This was fun, the puzzle/platforming with all the different cube types really opened up a bunch of possibilities~
Really good idea! I really liked the various unique types of playable cubes, really added a lot to what sort of puzzles you can achieve. Audio was a bit loud and there were a bit too many blind jumps (where you have to jump without seeing the next platform on screen). Still those things are relatively minor, nice job!
