Ranked from 98 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

In what way does your game fit the theme?
The game embraces the chaos theme by creating a random chaos every 20 seconds that affects the player positively or negatively. The player has no influence on which effect is executed, nor does the player have any indication of when the effect occurs.

Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I only made part of the game from scratch. I use procedurally generated dungeons, which I have prepared beforehand. So the world generation is not made from scratch. Everything else like the chaos with the different effects and the enemies were created for this jam in the given time window. For the development I used a visual scripting tool called Game Creator for Unity3D, which allows me to create a game without coding.

All assets, by that I mean the 3D models, music, sound and the GUI I bought from the Unity3D asset store.

Wow! Really well done! The chaos events were really cool and added a lot of flavor to the game. 1hp was tough though.

Developer

Yes, the 1HP one is mean :D Thank you for playing

Great execution guys! I think the levels are a but cramped at times, and I was also looking for more ways to upgrade my player, but overall a solid game.

Very good job, but I think there is inspiration from the mobile game Archero. Even if thats the case, very well done. But I think I glitched out somewhere and my game was all black and this was completely black. I couldnt see anything.

This was really really cool! I like how you decided to go for random events, really made the gameplay interesting. The graphics were nice and the menus gave me supercell menu vibes. The only thing for me is I would like to be able to walk through doors after I open them, but that's a small nitpick. It's a fun game though, nice job!

Really good

Really enjoyed this - great ideas, actually very similar to what we had wanted to put into our game (random chaos effects and boons) but super slick implementation - we ran out of time to do all we wanted with the added effects.

Will come back and play again :)

I did find the mobs not moving into other rooms after you made it easier as you could effectively nullify the no shoot / lights out chaos effects.  The 1hp one is evil though :D

Developer(+1)

Yes, the do not shoot can be easily bypassed. I'll have to come up with a better system. Thanks for your feedback! I really appreciate it!

very good , fun and easy to play. I think the assets definitely bought u some time though!

Developer

Creating assets takes a really long time if you want something of high quality. I also worked on the game alone and didn't have a 3d designer. That's why I bought the assest. Without purchased assets I would never have made it.

cool looking game and chaos.. it is amazing how much you could able to do in a week

Developer(+1)

I created the dungeon to play on before the jam. I created the game mechanics during the jam week so my game fits the theme well. Thank you :)

Fun game, but i think i found a bug, when I pause and then unpause i can't move with wsad

Developer

You are right about that. Unfortunately, I can't fix it. I know what the problem is and it would only take one click to change it. After the rating period I can change it

You could write to staff they may let you send after the deadline

Very cool game, well made. The whole package is lovely. I like the random factor, but you should definitely add a countdown to the random buff/nerf you receive to make it exciting or worrisome that something is happening.

Developer

Thank you very much :) The timer was there from the beginning. But after people playtestet it, they suggestet to remove the timer to make it even more chaotic.
