Do we have to create every art and music from scratch?

I'm no artist or musician, and if it comes down to it I will make the art and music myself, but can I use assets from the web for my game? It'll be a huge time saver.

"you are allowed to use any game engine/framework, and any assets (you of course are required to have a proper license to use them). You can also make everything yourself." From their page. Art and music would be part of asset category, so according to the rules from the page, yes.

You can use any that you have the license to. So if there are free assets that give licenses you can.

You can get assets from an asset store like unity has one. But I recommend using your own because then you can use ur CREATIVITY :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
