simple, but fun! Good work!
The game is extremely simple, but in spite of that, or maybe because of that, it can be very addictive. Sometimes it is a bit frustrating because only the full charge makes you go somewhere, and charging less, to adjust slightly your position, is very hard. To add to that, it can happen that after a slide you collide with an obstacle and you can't really do anything about it, since you couldn't see it
Interesting concept and pretty decent game. However, the wind-up sound effect is quite annoying. I'm not sure I like the slope system either, the character always goes flying and it's really hard to control. Overall, this is pretty good work for a week and the game runs very smoothly (side note- what is the character supposed to be?). I would appreciate a review on my game as well!
thanks for playing it! the initial idea for the character was one of those clapping monkey toys that you wind up, but my friend didn't have time to finish it, and just did this draft drawing of a "thing", hence the name of the game lol
