In what way does your game fit the theme?
You are, technically, rewinding time, going down memory lane, rewinding the rewinding, etc.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
yes.

These types of games are my cup of tea! There could be a lot added to this game that can really help give an overall polish and really send the message of the game.

Some things to add:

-Give your game some life, adding particle effects to the scenes will really give your game some life (especially those forest scenes )

- post processing effects will drive home what you are trying to achieve (glitch effects during the error scene that can make the error seem more urgent). Unity has some built-in (ish) post-processing effects that you can explore.

-Give the player a bit more to explore and interact through out these scenes. By giving the player something to interact to, they can feel more involved and get engaged in the story. A good example would be the ball in your game, but just crank that up to 11.

I really hope this has helped you and good job on the game!
