The block and parry mechanics were so smooth! Having a completely defensive player was innovative and inspiring. The camera did feel a little backwards in terms of the y axis (z in 3d?), but the controls were still slick.

This was actually surprisingly fun, really nice simple idea done well. Controls are on point, sadly I don't think it fits the theme too well (besides the random holes) but a really well made submission overall. Great work!

That's a nice game - the mechanic of using your shield for blocking, as well as jumping higher are a good idea!

Interesting game, The graphics could have been better, even if you wanted to go with this style, this looks more of a prototype of a game, that's fine if that's the look you're going for! Like how the player is pushed back when attacked by an enemy, good feedback for a player! you could expand on this easily to make a fun game! All the best Mate!

A decent game. Could definitely be expanded upon :D

Really interesting game! Really like the blocking mechanic! Overall a decent game.

A very ambitious project which pulled off some nice mechanics, keep working on it!

Developer

Thank you. I might make it a full game with higher focus on linear platforming and with some enemy variety.

I wasn't a fan of the player camera. It felt that it was to far for me. The push mechanic was a good way to get rid of the balls by pushing them in a hole. Maybe you could increase the speed of the enemies so that the player doesnt outrun them.  I was able to collect 27 coins but the remaining coins felt unreachable for my jump height.

Developer(+1)

I might rework the game when the jam is over and will consider all comments.

For the jump height I wanted to leave the player to find out how to reach higher coins, but this probably was a mistake since not everyone found out how it works. The player can use the enemies when blocking to bounce of them to get the higher coins.

Like the little stickmans movement, would have loved to be able to rotate the camera with the right analogue stick,  other than that nice game!

Funny little game! I wish there was a parameter to rate the voice acting, it was funny as heck!

I like the graphics (3d stickman :))! I think both skills are a bit too similar and some texts were a bit hard to read (due to color choices). Fun fact, I could see the lighting reflection in the black holes hehe :)

Fun concept, I had a hard time finding out how to jump higher, but good idea! Really liked the sounds of the enemies, makes them feel like they are more than just these red spheres. All in all a fun little game with a little challenge.

You should really invert the up and down of the mouse :/.

Developer

Yeah. This seems the main point of critique. I am propably gonna add this as an option after the jam ends.

Submitted(+1)

Game is really fun, but there had to be an option to invert the mouse.

Nice Game, I love the concept it really fits the theme very well and getting those tricky coins is clever. Although some background music would have been good, I had lots of fun! :)

cool game, the 3d stickman is quite fun to control

Finally, a 3d third person game!

Submitted(+1)

Good job, i still cant make a 3d character

Great job designing in 3D (I still haven't tried it lol).  It was fun moving the cool stick dude around.  You got the theme right on, good job.  The low-poly models were cool and simple/clear. Great job submitting a game to the jam!  Please check out mine when you have time :)
