How does the game fit the theme?
You lead a caravan searching for ancient biscuit ware (pottery). Continually you have to push your luck, always deciding wether you want to continue to "risk it for the biscuit".
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Except for the soundeffects, all our assets were made from scratch by our team. No ai was used.

I really enjoy the game. The concept is really good.
Thanks for playing!
There is a lot of game here. It's well conceived and the mechanics work well.
I would suggest the addition of more music or a smoother loop for the music. Additionally, some of the required actions would benefit from more indication - like highlighting the compass when it is time to click it.
Overall, great work!
Very fair feedback! Glad you enjoyed the game! Tho our composer already worked overtime and had to make like 5 tracks in a day, don't think much more was possible haha.
That is a valiant effort and the music is great.
That’s quite an effort for a short jam! I’ll play more when I have time, but I like the concept already. Not a big fan of pixilation (a bit hard for me to see and tell things apart), but it’s just a personal preference.
Thank you so much for the kind words! Hope you can get back to it! There's quite a lot to discover :)
Yeah pixelart is generally just easier to quickly edit and add new things, perfect for a gamejam. Props to you for not taking the easy route haha :) (Tho our artist did a banger job I think.)
The artstyle is great and the gameplay is fun and has a lot of depth! The tips system is also a really good feature to add. Great work :)
Thank you so much! Love your game as well :)
The music and the gameplay are amazing! Though I did struggle a little with the camera, most times I could see where I wanted to go, and once the camera jumped away from the caravan and got stuck in an unexplored area.
Thank you for playing! You can move the camer with W/S or by moving the mouse towards the edge of the screen :)
I really liked the art style
Thank you for the kind words!
Very fun experience, I played it multiple times but did not get very far hehe. Enjoyed the gameplay as well as the music.
Thanks for playing! Glad you had fun :)
i liked the game it had the civilization strategy game feel and the graphics are nice. fun and creative game!
Thank you for playing :)
Love the game, the artstyle, sound effect, audio, I like everything in the game, but the game is a bit confusing and I wish W and S to scroll up and down was faster , but other than that, it's great
Thank you for playing! You can scroll faster by moving the cursor to the top/bottom of the screen!
Okay sweet
I like it! Has an Oregon Trail feel about it, but in it's own world. I pushed my luck too far several times. You can't find pottery without finding snakes and scary masks too. Great job!
Getting compared to oregon trail is a great honor haha. Thank you for playing!
Absolutely crazy how much depth and polish this game has to it! The dictionary references at the beginning had me lmao. Really well done on this!
Thank you so much for the kind words!
Really cool interpretation of the theme! The fact that you guys made almost everything from scratch is so cool! The kind of dificult to get started with though :p But I love the concept! Best of luck in the jam!
Thank you so much for playing! Did you discover the tooltips when hovering over ui elements? Should make learning the game a bit easier and more fun! Best of luck to you too, your game is really great as well!
Amazing game! It is extremely polished and fun to play. I had to open the page again to read the rules. Other than that, it was flawless!
Thanks for the kind words!
I love it! A tutorial would be nice at the start. Lovely graphics though I may come back and play this again after the jam is done!
Thank you for playing! Glad you enjoyed it enough to maybe even play some more!
Did you discover the tooltips on hover? Should make learning the game a bit easier and more fun!
The graphics are amazing
Thank you so much!
matched the theme really well it was also just very good and very cleanly made
Thanks for playing, glad you enjoyed!
Loved your artstyle! Would be great to have some tutorial at the beginning
I agree a tutorial would've been great! Did you discover the tooltips? They should make the learning experience a bit more fun and smooth! Thank you so much for playing, the art really is amazing (I didn't make it this is no self-congratulation :))
Artstyle is neat and you certainly have to make risky choices. I understood how the game worked after playing it a bit, but at first I was slightly confused.
Yeah the learning experience could certainly be smoother. We added tooltips to the different ui elements to make learning the game a bit more fun but a tutorial would've certainly gone a long way! Thanks for playing!
I really like your art style! And the gameplay feels so fresh and unique — I could play it for a long time!
Thank you so much for playing! Glad you enjoyed it!
Great Game!
