The background looks gorgeous, and the game was way more fun than I expected—congrats, it’s simple but really well executed! One small thought: it might feel more rewarding if killing robots gave a bit more gold. When I died, I noticed that focusing on them didn’t drop much, and I had to wait quite a while before getting the slash again

How does the game fit the theme?
Collect Points and then risk them to Unlock WindSlash and other PowerUps to battle BlutBot1. But If you fall off or your health drops to zero you will lose that biscuit and those points and will have to rebuild your points to attempt to battle him! So will you risk the biscuit on that second jump to do a little more damage or play it safe?!? If you beat him on the normal speeds youll unlock a hidden speed but that will also disapear if you die.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
This game was built in Godot. I made the main menu and background Art with Procreate and all the pixel art and animations Piskel; yoki, bluebot1, blueboxbot, blueflybot, platforms, healorbs, hp bars, I Mixed and Mastered in Audiotool( https://www.audiotool.com/track/3gyfbqyb/ ), and I used a few sound effects from opengameart.org that I then accessed and readjusted via code.

The game's visuals are nice, the only problem is that there isn't enough contrast between the platforms and the background.
The game’s background looks really beautiful, and it was way more fun than I expected! Congrats on the game, simple but really well executed! I think killing the robots could reward a bit more gold. When I died, I focused on attacking them, but I noticed they didn’t drop much and I had to wait quite a while before getting the slash again.
I like the art, but there's not a lot of contrast between the foreground and background so it was pretty hard to tell what was going on a lot of the time
Still managed to beat the boss, but it was kind of funny to unlock "Plus Ultra" with no boss left to fight lol
Art is wild and fun. It was confusing that score carried over after dying but not the windslash unlock. If it did I would’ve played enough to beat the boss but I kept dying… my biggest struggle was that you don’t get a double jump after falling from a platform, only if you jump from one. I think it’d feel a lot more natural if you could do it either way. Really neat game though and I’m glad I tried it, good work :)
artwork was trippy as hell (in a good way!), I liked the premise but I wish you could use buttons instead of the mouse for options, still great tho
Thank you for Turtle Speed! Fun and addictive. Love your art!
Every so often, there is a big gap, and I couldn't figure out how to cross it.
Thank you for playing <3 apologies if tutrle had some weirdness I did my best but since some of the spawn speeds needed to work for all speeds i optimized slightly more for the normal and turbo speeds also you could use turbo to jump large gaps since it automatically applies to all objects not just determined at spawn! :D
The game loop is really cool! It's also cool that you can select multiple speeds... I tried it on turbo and couldn't last more than 5 seconds, haha. I need practice.
Overall, your game is really fun.
Love the art style, really nice to be able to adjust the speeds and the reward of even faster speed after defeating BlutBot1 was cool. I found it a bit hard to check out all the buttons while the game is running, but I suppose that's what turtle mode is for. Great entry, I had a lot of fun with it.
The art style is very unique and the music is great too. I spent more than ten minutes just jumping around and didn't get bored at all.
I ran into an issue where I couldn't seem to damage the Boss Robot. I had to watch your video to realize that activating Wind Slash is what turns your normal attacks into ranged attacks. This seems like it might have been a technical problem on my end.
Good game! I look forward to seeing more map designs in the future!
Oh my, this was hand drawn, good job there is not a lot of hand drawn games in the gaming industry, keep it up! I like the windslash function and how you need to watch every jump carefully so you don't miss the next platform.
I really liked the idea, it captivated me for about 10 minutes, lots of strong colors (maybe reduce the background a little), I bought Windslash and when I died I lost him, I was upset lol But very good, I really liked it!
The handmade backgrounds and art looks really great.
The music is also pretty great.
Having to click the options while action is going on is not ideal, maybe having that in a pause menu would help.
Congrats on a great job!
This game is charming in its own way, A little confusing at first but i soon get used to the mechanics later on. Thank you for making double jump button, feel like i will fail without it!
