A very detailed and well-executed puzzle/escape game!
I really enjoyed the inspection mechanics, which involved different types of clue-searching that were cleverly interconnected. It was engaging to switch between cameras, the map, chats, and files while trying to figure out an escape route.
That being said, the computer interaction was particularly well done, both in terms of storytelling and its use of visuals and sound.
Great entry!
Thank you so much for the detailed and lovely feedback you made our day with your praises <3
We knew that this game wouldn't be for everyone, with all the text to read, clues to listen to, deductions to make, but we had a blast linking everything together and then planting everything into the computer, so we're delighted that some people liked it :)
I love the idea of forming your escape plan before executing it, and the computer interface works really well for gathering that information. The escape plan gradually filling in it also done really well. Would be awesome to see a longer version of this where you're having to jump from safe place to safe place with new plans each time.
The visuals and storytelling are also done really well. Stumbling through emails and chat logs works really well for this. Nice job!
WOAH, this was really nice!!! So much content and the computer interface is nice to use. Reallly loved this one, so many funny dialogs and texts, I loved the whole idea, and the whole game was really smooth. It would be amazing if there was a polished up version of this game in the future.
Good job, keep up gamedev!
I had fun playing this one! I love the finding clues from computer part and how it looks on the tab clues board. Also I appreciate the effort on doing voice acting on the voice notes not a lot of games do that in jams!
Loved the visuals and atmosphere, the computer feels better than my own
Really enjoyed messing with the virtual computer and the humour bits! This was a well thought out game and I'm glad I played it!
Incredibly tense and immersive! Loved the retro interface, humor, and clever design. A hint system would be helpful, but overall, fantastic work!
Great job man ! loved the details, some humour even the alarm music is great !
An escape room game is a perfect fit for the theme! The blaring alarm, the intense music, the gas vapor filling the room, you managed to create such an immersive and anxiety inducing atmosphere, awesome job!
Nerve-wracking experience! So good! The level design is very good in my opinion.
Man, what a work ! Totally liked the atmosphere of the game, graphics and sounds ! Very good work !!
I love the concept of this, and I can only imagine the amount of creativity that went into planning out all of the dialogue, very well done!
Great idea and you got me on the monitor and good old start button in the computer. Good job.
So cool, love this style of game. A bit long to read every documents but the escape part is pretty fun to remember !
Oooh.. love the attention to detail on the OS, the chat history... I am also a sucker for voice over. Really well chosen music, floor plan that is just confusing enough that the lab isnt trivial to map mentally!
