Nice concept and artwork! it took me a while to know what to do but then it was fun. It felt a little buggy though. One time I couldn't walk anymore for some reason. But overall a fun experience!
Great art and animations. Loved the variety of objects. It's a great idea. There were some movement and placement issues, but stacking was enjoyable overall. I liked creating buckets for the water. I found creating a long series of rectangular objects along the ground was my best approach. Stacking them was funnest, but I didn't find it worthwhile. The game lacks a sense of progression. It'd be nice to have some goals to aim for. Even a lose condition would work so I could proudly post my score here.
I had fun playing it. There is some stuff I would like to see tho:
- Tutorial: I don't think anybody understood the premise of make large areas so that rain doesn't fall on the ground thingy, and honestly I don't even know if that was the goal. So it would be nice if there would be some more visual feedback to it, instead of just drops stoping on them.
- Physics: I know I know dealing with these can be anoying, but sadly when making physic based games you need to deal with it, I would guess it either has to do with the way holding works or how the player movement works as there is for sure something causing some wierd stuff as godot's physics aren't this "explosive" usuall.
Also I leave you with this "Where is the player" puzzle:
The truth is, I couldn't understand very well what I should do. Also, collisions are something that needs polishing, as I got stuck on several occasions and had no choice but to restart the game.
I think with a little more work this game can be completed so that it can explain itself, and thus have the full experience.
Despite this, I must say that the art was quite nice :D, good job!
Nice art style, but I don't understand what I'm supposed to be doing.
really good looking game ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
The art syle is really good! congrats on the submission.
This is a great concept, love the game, would be nice to see it in a further development state :D
I love the sixty nine sign. ahh I actually really like the ideas of this game, just need more features and more polish I think.
I enjoyed this idea quite a bit. The art and audio were very cool, but like others said, I accidentally got stuck under the bin a couple of times. Great work, though! Congrats and good luck!!
Really good animation and art! Really like that well done. I might be bad at catching raindrops but I am not bad at getting stuck underneath the dustbin xD I enjoyed it thanks
I bugged out.still great Art!

Will take you up on it! Thank you for playing!
I have no idea what to do. but I liked carrying stuff! the game breaking bug of putting stuff on other stuff would like to see polished out, stacking looks to be fun.
The animation is so awesome when he sticks out his hand when rain is coming
Thank you, we really appreciate it! Yes, sadly I couldn't find a way around that physics bug before the deadline. Oh yes, that animation is my favorite too ^^
I thought the art and sound were so amazing! I think what's stopping me from enjoying the most of the game I can is the clarity of progression. I don't have too much information to go off of to see if I'm doing well or not.
Thank you for highlighting that. I agree, our idea was to make it an endless build mode, but the physics bug prevents you from stacking things properly. Thank you for your feedback!
Edit: Based on your feedback, we added a small indicator of how much rain you collect per round. Thank you for your help in making the game better!
super cool art but i too fell through the floor
You're a cool shrimp!
I liked the art in the game, and the movement was nice, I kept falling through the floor tho. Overall I liked the game, good job!
Thank you for playing it, and thanks for pointing out that bug!
I enjoy the artstyle and universe a lot!
Thank you!
The art and music in this game are insane, but im not really sure what i do. I also walked off-screen and fell off the map.
Thank you, we really appreciate your feedback! Thank you for highlighting that problem, I put some barriers in place now. Thanks for playing our game!
