The game is somewhat easier and more calm before the first boss, when the first boss spawns the storm starts and the game becomes chaotic.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I made everything myself using the software listed in the games description.

I'm not quite sure how the game fits the theme.
But overall it's interesting, reminds me of an old tetris game. I also noticed that in whole you don't have to move the bird, you can just stand in place and shoot away. And also I could not play for the yellow parrot, all the time the gray bird was activated
Thanks! If you wanted to swap the bird in the game , on the title screen you can use arrows or "A" or "D" to select and the pointer will go above that bird and then you press "Z" . For the thing about the theme, I wanted to make the game a bit more chaotic when the boss starts , when the boss starts , the storm starts and there is raining and thunderbolts, I thought of making the game a lot calmer before the first boss , like in most games (I don't know if that makes sense). Anyway sorry about the rant! Thank you for playing my game!

A little too difficult, I couldn't get to the second boss in a couple attempts
yeah sorry about, that. By the way, did you use the special attack with the button "x" or shift? They can be helpful sometimes. Both birds have different special attacks.
