Literally and figuratively. First the first day is calm, but then a storm hits. Second, we are presented with a calm family life scenario that is the prelude for a catastrophic event.

Good visual novel game. props to the Artist and the Musician. I think the hover effects for some object (ex: Door) is kinna hard to notice. Anyway good game
A really awesome detective story! The visuals, particularly character designs are very unique. The "typing" sound of dialogue was pleasant. The music complemented the vibe and story. I loved the early part where I needed to figure out who was who. I wish solving the murders would have had a similar mechanic of piecing together the clues.
The visuals, music and story in this are really well done!
I think the family tree part at the very beginning could be made clearer or transition more smoothly into the rest of the gameplay, but I'm not 100% sure what might be missing for now.
Nice job on this game, it was a lot of fun!

Minor criticism is that there should be a highlight over clickable objects if you hover over them.
Very creative murder mystery!
I really enjoyed this! I though the artstyle, characters and writing were all really good, and i liked piecing together the family tree.
I wish there was some more variation, and a bit more of a break between each interview-sequence, as it could get a bit repetitive, but whats already there is really good! It would also be nice to be able to see the family tree and all the notes before making the final decision, I ended up just having to guess because I'm a bit bad with names.
But all in all a great experience, and i spent way longer playing it than i expected i would (in a good way)!

Loved this game. i love the characters
This is an incredible game! The puzzles were great, figuring out who the each person in the family was very fun! and these are definitely the best visuals I have seen in the jam! I felt that the interviews got a bit repetitive, especially having to go through all of their dialogue and that it was quite easy to guess who did it because most characters noted something suspicious about them during their interviews.
Overall this is one of my favorite games from the jam, great work!
Thank you! Yeah, we got so wrapped up in trying to have different dialogs and options that our wires got crossed in the end and we ended up with too much mandatory talking. Will definitely focus more on that the next time we go for a narrative game!
Excellent！！How can you make such an amazing game in such a short time. The art style is so good,it's like a beautiful oil painting,and the combination with music is particularly comfortable for me.My English level may not be very good but I can also get that this game has a great story,i like this game!!! :)
Thank you! I am still in awe myself that our artist was able to make those backgrounds and characters in so little time. My lesson learnt is that sometimes it's worth trying a different game genre, it turned out to be perfect for our artist's style.
I can see a lot of effort was put into this, just wow, the visual and the music were so fitting, it is so beautiful, the character design is very unique, can't belive this does not have rating more than 50, I hope you guys would advertise this game more because it is kinda sad to see such an amazing and beautiful game like this struggle. Really nice game, just a bit slow getting though all interviews, I knew who was the culprit but had to go through everyone before the story continued. I loved the game.

Probably one of the best looking games I've ever played this jam. I love the oil-pastel artwork, and the character designs look amazing. Even though mystery games like these aren't for me (I ended up getting stuck on what I was supposed to do; i likely got the family tree very wrong lol), this was an incredible submission. Great job!

Excellent design and characters. I really appreciated the lowering of the volume. You've definitely got solid game here! feels more advanced than a lot of the ones I've rated.
