This was a lot of fun, it's really satisfying to open a kraken door on a huge mob of enemies. Awesome job! I made it to Wave 9 with a score of 5190.

Cool visual! Great sound! Interesting interaction with doors! Unless there is a lack of understanding of enemy hitboxes and projectiles. Generally I liked the game, good job!

The gameplay was very fun and the combat felt responsive! I really like the aesthetic too, great color choices.

Having the powerups be locked to the doors was fun because you had to get the power up and then coral the enemies towards one of the doors, fun idea. Great game guys!

Really liked the visuals, the atmosphere was a giving a vibe that I can't describe. Overall liked the idea of different keys. Kinda gets hard after the 6th wave. Also the music and gameplay was cool.

At first I was like, wtf, I don't understand anything, then I saw there was a Tutorial button on the main menu, made the game much more enjoyable xD

Loved the concept, it took me a while to understand how to use the keys, but once I understood, it became very fun. it's like a small twist on Vampire Survivor.

Thanks for playing. As you know, I'm also in the jam, and I know with more time everyone has a list of things they'd like to add or wanted to add. I try to provide the listed feedback in a constructive form to highlight different perspectives as a player and to show that I indeed did play the game.

  • It wasn't until wave 3 I realized that the keys can be use with right click, lol. I was ready to just smash my way without the keys. I admit I did not play the tutorial. I was a bit confused when I could finish the wave, but not pick up all the keys and such.
  • Once I learned how to use the keys I was like, oh my gosh, the doors are overpowered, super giant laser door gun?!?! Such wow.
  • Health gain kind of looks like a wooden log
  • Found it a bit difficult to always predict where my door hitting was going to be.
  • A lot of stuff added for such a small period of time!

Thank you for the feedback! The health gain is supposed to be a crayon but i understand the confusion. Also yeah, probably a better game design would've been to force the tutorial, to avoid not using abilities haha. I am glad you enjoyed it!
