Good design! Fits the theme very well, but it's a little bit hard to control the character.
A very solid game you have! Managed to get like 4 upgrades and I was fun hahaha
Fun but addicting gameplay loop. The controls are really interesting, and the upgrades are fun. I may have played this game for a little too long lol.
The game design of this game is amazing, the mechanics work great, the modular level design is great and encourages replayability, the power ups keep you trying again and again to reach deeper depths. Even the little things as the obstacles moving and the speed boost of the bubbles just add to the character this game has. It is the constant stream of decision making: "Do I got for the bubble or the pearl, maybe I have to go back up to get a bubble above me, should I enter this cave or should I dive further down" that really impressed me and kept the game engaging. One issue I had was on max diving deeper, I got stuck in a rock multiple times, but that didn't hinder my overall enjoyment of the game. Great job!
Solid game, the controls are a but tedious but apart from that it's not lacking in any department, good job !
Great game with a lot of potential. I like the upgrade system and the use of bubbles for air. I do have a couple suggestions if you plan to expand on the game:
1. Instead of "Starting at a deeper depth" let the player decrease the rate at which their oxygen drains and add a meters depth.
2. Start the game above the surface so you can get more use out of that *Splash* sound effect
Fun game and cool artstyle. In one of my runs after buying the start deeper upgrade, it started me in the land so i just couldnt move and died. I like the concept and the controls
Had a lot of fun playing it! Cool mechanics with the light and bubbles!
