I found the timings of the rectangles to be a bit to strict but overall pretty good!

How does your game fit the theme?
You dig deep into the ground to rescue miners and bring them back up to the surface. You must dig deeper and deeper as you go.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
All the code and assets were made from scratch. Most of the audio was also made from scratch. The music came from this source: https://uppbeat.io/track/kevin-macleod/lightless-dawn

Wow ! Really nice. Graphics are cute, mechanics are awesome. Just music didn't match with the game, other than that neat jam game. One of the most creative games in the jam.
Can you try and rate my game ?
This game is underrated! Conceptually very innovative, and I love that it was basically almost all made from scratch. The colour palette is eye-catching as well, and I love the SFX together with the music. Nicely done :) Small things I noticed: 1) sometimes the Q to restart didn't work for me 2) sometimes I could time the clicks needed to drill rather than looking at the overlapping shapes, sort of like I had figured out the pattern in seconds? It felt kinda cool though!
Nice job:)
Thank you for your feedback!! I will make sure to look into the restart bug, thank you! And yeah as I was play-testing I also kind of got into the rhythm of things with the overlapping rectangles, but I kind of like it. I thought if I ever expand on the idea I’ll experiment more with it and see where it takes me. Thanks for your comment!
Rlly liked this game! This unique game mechanic was refreshing. Good mix with simple graphics, some particle systems and good ambient music. Well done!
From the constructive side, a little tooltip, that you can earn extra fuel from digging the gold stone, would be nice (or maybe i just missed it?). On the other hand, a little bit less "extra" fuel from this stone could be more of a challenge.
Great game, The rythem mining machanic is awesome, especially when you start to get good at it. the art style is simpel and nice looking. Managed to get to saving 13 people.
Great game. Keep it up♥
You got a good idea of digging mechanic, it is interesting but the execution is a bit to punishing for the player, it's required a bit too much precision to proceed through the early level, which make it felt more frustrating than challenging for me. There are also some bug that generate the miner on the first floor too, another bug that I found is that sometime you can't just restart the game. The graphic are cute and clean tho.
I liked it a lot. The rhythm mechanic was really unique and fun to use and the style is great. Great work
Nice game! Got till level 7, bit hard sometimes but overall nice and simple puzzle :)
I like your game! I only had some trouble with drilling but I really like it!
Very pretty, I think that it is kind of hard to drill through things?
Really enjoyed the visuals and the audio, great job!
I'm not sure if it was just me, but I the resolution of the web player was not enough to cover the whole screen, so I wasn't able to escape the tutorial or see all of the text, thought I'd let you know! :)
Liked this one! I had some resolution issues that I worked around by increasing the game window size in browser, but was able to play after that. I liked the timing minigame with the drill, and rescuing miners was a simple and fun premise. I think the timing is a bit strict; maybe the two holes that have to overlap could be bigger or move slower to make it easier to time. I got up to needing to rescue 5 miners before I missed too many overlaps and ran out of fuel.
Overall, this was a solid entry. Great job on the submission!
