Awesome awesome game! Loved the visuals, the sound, the movement, the story, everything!
Really great work! :D
What a fantastic little Metroidvania! Snappy responsive controls and art reminded me a lot of Celeste and Pedro Medeiros work. The ambient ost was also fantastic and very soothing! You guys should make a full game out of this :P Great job team!
Gave this game 5 stars in every category. Incredible platformer with great progression and mechanics!
Some of the best level design I have seen so far! It didn't feel directionless and when I chose a path it would loop back to where I wanted to go next so I didn't have to back-track. Very cool mechanics and felt well-balanced, and introduced to the player in a seamless way. When I forgot one ability, the level design reminded me of it by showing me I needed to use it to move further. The art style and the camera angles are very classic cool. The fact that all the assets and code were made from scratch, very impressive!
Really fun, loved the music, art and story. I like the way you give the player more movement options along the way. It's one of the best submissions.
Great submission! Lovely to see support for multiple ways to move and jump. But having some more tutorial on movement would be fun. I'm also lacking not being able to change volumes after starting the game. But good concept on even a small game supporting different sound aspects seperately. The game design feels very finished and it goes harder playing further in the game so also lovely. Great job on have the jump height based on time pressed of the button. Overall great game BUT my only critique really is that the theme is slapped onto the description since I don't feel the Diving Deeper theme but doesn't take away that it is a great submission! GG
Very cool game with great art style and music! Loved the movement though I got stuck at one point because I was able to make a jump but then not able to proceed or go back because I hadn't unlocked the double jump yet. The ending was awesome. Well done!
Love the movement, nice art. Really love this game. Good job!
Can you try and rate my game ?
Very nice game! The character controls fine, and I love the gradual implementation of all the mechanics in situations where you have to use them! the difficoulty curve spikes a little much during the last level, but I get that you have to use all 3 mechanics together to get past it. It's very satisfying mastering the jump+walljump+dash to wall combo (if timed right, you can infinitely climb a vertical wall, but it takes skill!). The story is nice as I personally love these "living planets" sort of things, it gives off eldritch vibe. As for the rest, it's just Celeste set in a big hungry planet, but that's what makes me feel right at home. Loved the ending (does it hint at a possible update/new game?)
Overall, a very enjoyable game with great mechanics!
Pristine character controller!, a bit slippery, though everything about the game is nice and I love how it's a mini Metroidvania!!
Wonderful atmosphere and musical accompaniment. I liked the appearance of new gameplay features. The only thing that upset me was when you get jumps from the walls, you can't go back to the room where the eyes are looking at you. It seems to me it would be possible to make an excellent Easter egg in case of such a player's decision.
