Great job in completing your game!  Once I understood the controls it was easy to play.  I couldn't get any more oxygen and there should be a restart button when you lose.

The "b" to breath didnt work and a restart button at the end would have been nice. I liked the art and the music except the music restarted when all of the fish was collected (i'm assuming you reset the scene).
