How did you interpret the theme?
Traveling at the speed of light to slow time down.. Our warp mechanic is based on this idea.

How was your experience in this jam?
Great!

Liked the gameplay, but could use some kind of score counter. Time warp mechanic was interesting but no clue if you can decide when to warp or is it time based? I would prefer personally to make it input based not time based when I warp after creating the "warp zone".

Sound was okay, shooting noises could have used some work but music was nice.

Liked the graphics idea, wish the walls were more worked on and that there was more of variety when it comes to enemies ships.

Didn't manage to beat the final boss. But all in all solid entry.

Thank you for the feedback ikuti!
I have made numerous fixes, but they were made after the deadline so I'm waiting to push those.

I had some ideas for some interesting uses of the warp mechanic.  However, time prevented me from honing it.  I have also considered a trigger-based warp which yes, is currently time-based.   Perhaps only using 2 warps, and allowing recalling through them after the 2 are placed (so you could place warps very quickly, then press the warp buttons again to recall on demand.

i was actually working on some legit barriers last night in Magicavoxel, as well as a new enemy ship.  :)

Kudos to you for playing through to the boss.  I was thinking I should have advertised that it had a final boss.  I was also going to try adding a few phases to that encounter as well.

Thank you for the review!
