Love the character design and animation! Wish I could rotate the camera to see it from the front at any point. I like how you tried to integrate time in as much as possible, but you perhaps took it too far in complexity. It's quite a lot of waiting (time-wasting) before you can preform a proper attack. It feels like too many things have to line up before you can progress. i.e. Your clock, the enemies clock, the door clock, and it doesn't help that all of them are moving at different speeds!
Overall VERY unique and there is potential to explore and diversify this mechanic! Keep it up.
