i like it. its simple and yet still entertaining. i wish there was a button to restart because if i accidentally shoot an arrow or miss, i have no way of beating the level. also the esc button exits the game. hopefully you'll implement more features to make this game more fleshed out. hope to see this game grow

Developer

That’s a good idea! I appreciate the feedback and hope to keep growing this game. Thanks!

no mac version here, only windows. I will play your game when I have access to a windows computer in a few days.

In the meantime, I'd appreciate it if you could play/rate my game as well! :)

Developer

Yeah I’ll look into that, sorry it’s not working!

Very fun little game, getting double and triple kills were pretty satisfying and needed to actually win. My only gripe was how far away the enemy is when you get caught, I was still trying to line up shots but got caught from a couple of feet away. Would love to see it expanded with more level variety, very cool!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! I’m glad you had a good time

Liked the game! The art style is cool and you feel like you sneak around in the mountains! Good impact of that arrow too!

I’m glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing

I like it, really good graphics, and a well polished game in general. I think the enemy ai could be a little smarter, and also sometimes the win and game over screen appear on top of each other, so I had to replay a level even though I had completed it.

Developer

Thanks! Yeah the Enemies are pretty dumb, I’m interested to see what kind of improvements can be made. Thank you for playing!

Really fun! Respect for deciding to implement stealth mechanics for a game jam, they're something that even fully established games struggle with at times. Both the stealth mechanics and the controls for shooting made it satisfying to play and the art style compliments it well. Great submission!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! I’d never really made a stealth game before so I thought I’d give it a shot. Thanls for playing!

This game is awesome, thanks for bringing it into my life. Only thing I would suggest is making it not that hard, but good work : )

Developer

thank you for playing! Yeah I think it’s just a little too hard for a game Jam game

I thought the game was lacking in various ways: the lack of a sound setting was not terrible, but something you should always try to implement. Animations were weird, honestly, like they were sliding across the ground and making tiny jumps. The gameplay mechanic itself was good, though I thought it was too hard. A tutorial would also have been very helpful to help me understand how everything worked. Some music, or ambient sounds would also have made the experience less hard on my ears, as the sudden effect of the arrows were.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your feedback! I’ll be sure to remember that

Doesn't seem to work on linux

Developer

Sorry about that, I’ll look into it

A really fun little game. I love the visual and animation! My feedback is maybe make the player move a little faster but I had a blast playing this! Well done!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! I definitely agree, it can be a bit of a chore to get around

it would be a lot better once you add in music into it

Thanks! I agree, I think adding in some ambient noise would go a long way

If you want a bit of feedback the enemies' hitbox could be a bit bigger, however I did manage to work with it after a bit

Developer

Yeah I made them a little bigger but they could definitely have used a little more. Thanks for your feedback and thanks for taking the time to comment!

very cool game!,  I laughed so hard at the legs animation. i was a really great touch, specially when the npcs goes bersek and starts to move their legs very fast...

anyway, back to the game review, the game has a great stealth system, and the less is more theme really fits in the game.

the way that you approached the design, could really lead to a stealth/puzzle game mash-up, think about it, if you make that a game let me know.

I appreciate it! Had lots of fun learning to do procedural animations. Thanks for playing!

can you point me to the resources/tutorials that you used to learn procedural animation,  so i can learn too ?? that would be awesome, i mean i can google it, but if you already implemented it in a game successfully, then  why not ask for the sauce am i rite??
