- Cool little concept, it could use some work to come in line with the other submissions. The core mechanic is good and makes sense. It also fits the theme. There needs to be a balance and design pass to bring the game up but it is sitting in the top 25% of submissions easily. I think you should keep working on this and show us the improved version. Cool game! It feels good is really easy to understand. I know this is a game jam but I’ll give you just my recommendation in case you want to update the game. For me maybe you could change the lasers for birds or something with the beach theme or giving a fun history like a scientist that was hit by a beach ball and he is creating laser beans an another traps to destroy the beach ball.
Fun simple game. A leaderboard would have been the cherry on top.
