The submission feed shows games which have been published before the jam started. Is this allowed??
Ig the games have to be made within a week.
No, it's strictly not allowed. If anyone's game is developed before the game jam announced, he/she will be disqualified.And i guess, one week time is sufficient to make a good game and to show your creativity.
Here most of the submission are pre made or derived from any source code.

But bro whole 1 days had past now also no games are removed
I wish itch.io implements functionality to allow jammer to flag such submissions. It will make jobs of moderators a little easier,

Just saw that there is a way to report submissions. Show we start reporting games that were not made within the given time?
