- The proposal is interesting and quite general in terms of applicability. However, the relationship to the "slowing down/pausing AGI progress" topic is unclear. I also liked the idea of using "personas," but it was not very clear to me how these were used in the end. It would also be nice to see more details on how the authors envision to motivate (or force) companies/lab to join the consortium that would use the permissioned part of the blockchain.
- - I like the idea to keep the public informed via public blockchains - I like the suggestion to use two blockchain systems, a private and a public one, for different actors - Good to use innovative technology to solve a problem - Using immutable hash tokens on the blockchain might be a promising approach - Over all though, it is insufficiently clear how the proposal would reach the target of slowing down progress towards AGI
