I like the idea. It's neat getting a different set of dice each turn so you have to adapt to what you're given. Being able to choose between moving or rerolling is also a nice strategic option. Unfortunately, these mechanics aren't used that well. The enemies are very basic and often get stuck behind walls, which removes and sort of urgency when it comes to making decisions.  The concept definitely has potential, so it would be interesting to see what could be done if it was fleshed out more.

My only other note is that is that the white movement options are difficult to see against the mostly white background.

It seems rather slow-paced and lacks exciting exploration, but the core idea of rolling dice to determine what actions are available does make sense as a new mechanic to explore.  The art style is not particularly coherent, but the actually gameplay seems to be executed competently.  A decent first project overall.

It took me a while to figure out what counted as a turn.
If i understood correctly you can first activate any remaining abilities and then either reroll or move.

The camera movement is a little annoying.
(Maybe a view of the entire room would have worked better.)
The enemy ai is very basic. There is little variety and this game kind of lacks an objective for the player.

BUT:
All of this criticism is superficial and can probably easily be changed with more development time as the core mechanics seem to work well. (room generation, combat, progression)

The main mechanic of rolling a dice to get abilities is cool and may be a nice alternative to some deck building card games which solves the problem of running out of cards in infinite worlds.

Overall it's pretty impressive for your first project! Congrats on finishing!
