I hit ye old space bar and got into the rhythm of anticipating enemies to regain some lamp oil and lit the street in this lit entry! I liked it, but I wasn't able to score a win... yet! Good job!
Nice, I like the theme, the light mechanics, and the crushed-by-wall flavor text was funny. For constructive criticism- the L key is in a bit of an awkward spot on the keyboard, I wish there was an alternative somewhere else. Also, not sure if it’s just me, but my S key was completely not working on web, I had to use the arrow keys if I wanted to move down
Yeah, I totally agree the L was a bit awkward to access.
And it turns out the S key was assigned to the X key. Whoops! An artifact from when diagonal movement was enabled.
Cool concept for a game here! I had a really hard time surviving.. but I’m really into the mechanic.
