It was difficult to figure out what did what or how things worked. It wasn't immediately obvious that I had a limited inventory, and trying to open up the inventory was difficult until I realized (by accident!) that I had to hold still and hold Tab.
Still, I like the core concept of being able to run around an arena and make your own loadout before facing a superboss--even if I can just kind of run past most of the enemies most of the time. This is something that I think has a lot of merit, just needs some finetuning.
haha, beat it on my 3rd try lol - that sudden "the floor is lava" development got me good
i find the core idea really neat - you essentially make your character build by scavenging for stuff in the arena. though i feel that the enemies you encounter in the scavenging field could pose a bit more threat - generally, you can just run past them; especially if you get a speed boost or two
