  • Definitely see a great improvement from the last version as this one has more weapon choices, audio, and an easier to see goal than the previous game. Nice work! The graphics were charming, and I liked how every gun has a face :). That being said I think the pixel art could potentially be a bit more detailed. What you have is great, and could be improved on by adding some secondary and ternary details on your sprites! The color scheme and the faces on guns felt pretty 90’s to me personally. The game reminded me of those Shareware games going around the time. The sound design was okay, but could use more polish! Overall, pretty fun and direct. Good work!

nice work making the 2D game into a 3D version!

Developer

thx, I just didn't really think I could make a good side scroller, so I thought a fps would be better.

Wow, this was a weird but interesting concept :) I really like the aesthetic (especially the boombox) although I didn’t really understand how the weapons work. Once you defeat the big enemy is the game over?

Developer

thanks very much :) I don't think I made it clear enough but the boombox is an area of effect weapon, so its very close range but hits multiple targets at once, and also after you defeat the big boss its over I wanted to make a level cleared screen but it was too late so I had to submit what I had.

Yeah, I realized the boombox was an area weapon when I fell into the pit to retrieve the key.
