I see a lot of potential in this idea, I hope you develop it further after the jam :)

A unique concept for the game. Something about the term 'Piano Battle' is oddly satisfying.

EDIT: Found the tutorial after which the game did make sense on how to play. I'd love to see a variation where most of the time the user has to play the piano and match the tones (without the light bulbs part) but anyways, this is a unique and fun game!

It's really confusing to understand what is happening. A tutorial is MUCH needed! The minigames of pressing arrows is fine and more fun I'd say.

There is a tutorial

Oh, totally missed that. I'd recommend playing the tutorial the first time user starts a game since most people directly jump into the game and learn along the way. Anyways, thanks for the clarification. Updated the review and score :)

At first everything is very confusing, but then when it becomes clear the game starts to fascinate.

I did not find it particularly fun, but it is well executed and the graphics are certainly 1-bit.
