I made a top ten video of the games from this jam. (Spoiler alert, this game is in it)

If you like the video, please feel free to share it :)

Cute pixel art, nice sound design and very creative use of the theme of the jam for the game. Great job!

I've played 98 games from the jam so far. This is the best yet. Well done.

I really enjoyed this game but for the life of me I can't get past this level and I feel like I'm missing something. Is there some kinda secret to this one or is it just precision platforming?

I'll give you a hint. Trying to jump over the enemy in the top left to get the key is a mistake. You can't do it. Go speed racer go!

Oh wow it was that easy this whole time lol, much appreciated for the advice

This is fantastic game, the puzzle is amazing !

Really solid game! I like the added puzzle aspect of having to balance light and dark mode while also focusing on the platforming.

What a fantastic little game. A cute style, creative puzzles, this has it all. I was confused for a bit with the enemies though; conditioning from other games lead me to believe they were enemies who I shouldn't touch regardless of your colour, which lead to me making the game way more difficult for myself than it should've been. Some small section at the beginning where you're forced to walk through the enemies as a dark mouse would've been nice to clear that early misconception. But that's a small nitpick at most, so otherwise fantastic job!

This was a fun game -- it gave me NES platformer vibes.  The light/dark mechanic worked great and made for fun puzzles, and I liked the music as well.  The way the switch to light-mouse mode sometimes caused certain platforms to fade on a timer I think was my favorite of the mechanics.  I also liked how the enemy interaction changed between light modes.  There were a few times where I was visually confused about which vertical bars were collider barriers and which were just background decoration, but that's a minor issue.  It was a fun play and I played to the end, nice job!

My favorite so far! So good!

I loved the game.
Even getting angry at some parts I can't stop playing.
It's a platform puzzle game that reminded me of playing Mario Maker levels. 20/10

I couldn't seem to start the game... I could use the arrow keys to navigate but couldn't actually confirm any of the options...

A real shame because I was looking forward to this one. Any help?

Thank you! Maybe it's inexperience on my part, but I wish there were an indicator for that. I felt like I mashed every key on my keyboard and couldn't get it to work lol

Nice theme music and title screen! The progression of puzzles was good, and the mechanics worked well. I would attempt to mesh a story/concept with the buttons, light, etc. to tie it all together.

nice game, especially the game mechanics

sort of kaizo-esque, but I think it works pretty well!
